haha the guys downstairs sounded like a herd of buffalo.  i was sitting here studying and thought, "oh i guess the phillies won."

today this guy came into our school and talked about human trafficking.
ive read some of the stories and theyre just bone chilling.
its disgusting to think that in this day and age, slavery is still rampant all over the world.

ive been sitting in the computer lab for the past 2 hours in the basement of the ot/pt building for work study, and i did all my hw and i get to leave in like 10 mins, but its realllllly scary. im in the basement to start off, and then to make matters worse, they keep the cadavers down here, and thats all fine and dandy when im in there for lab with my lab class, but when its night and im alone and its dark, im not enjoying being alone, with the 6 cadavers.

i'm nervous that i'm too confident for my 3 midterms next week (chem, nutrition & philosophy of science)
i've been studying for the past few days, and i think i get it but with my luck i'll bomb all three =/

College apps. I'm only applying to four schools, so it's nothing crazy, but I'm scared as hell of sending in the supplement questions to NYU. They kinda make me laugh, though. One asks to write a haiku or limerick about yourself. Another asks you to name and summarize a movie being made about you in 2050. I should probably get on answering those. It's gonna take me forever to be satisfied with them.

watching tv in my living room in the dark
and all of the sudden it goes fuzzy and is super loud
and all i could think about was the ring while i ran across the room to put a light on.
it was f*cking scary hahaha

My family was driving home from Sag harbor (out east on LI for those who don't know) and we're on sunrise highway and everything is fine and dandy until a speeding car in the left lane spins out, hits the divider and sparks, spins all the way across the highway out the exit ramp and onto the service road (two more lanes) and hits a fence on the other side. my heart is in my mouth.

thank you, and yeah it was. it's weird though that you couldn't hear it hit the divider or anything so it was "a car wreck without a sound."
